Polish Hydrogen Generator Anev HPM-A1 is used to produce a mixture of hydrogen and oxygen in the form of Brownian Gas (67% hydrogen, 33% oxygen) , the device was created out of passion and the need to create a hydrogen generator that will meet the expectations of future users.
The device is a Polish product created by Polish scientists based on years of experience in working with hydrogen, the simplicity of operation and functions of the generator are to serve anyone who will use the device.
The generator has undergone a number of tests for safety of use and gas purity and quality.
The main module of the device is an electrolyzer built based on PEM technology and consists of an electrode stack, GDL layers and a PEM membrane with a catalyst. Among others, titanium and platinum are used for the electrolyzer. The electrolyzer module lacks any chemically active additives, hydrogen with oxygen is obtained by electrolysis of pure demineralized water. The electrolyzer is completely immersed in a sealed tank containing demineralized water. The electrolysis reaction takes place by connecting to the electrodes a direct current source with appropriate parameters.
The voltage on the electrodes breaks the water molecule into hydrogen and oxygen ions, which escape into the water tank through channels.
The electrolyzer module is powered by a DC current regulated by an electronic controller with a maximum voltage of 12V and a current capacity of up to 20A. The electrolyzer has a capacity of 450 ml/min. The housing of the device is made of steel and aluminum. The housing has a panel with a display and keypad, as well as an inspection window for viewing the water tank to view the operation of the electrolyzer. The device, also has a fan controlled by control electronics. The device has short-circuit, overvoltage and thermal protection.
It also has sensors for tilt, water level, gas pressure, water purity sensor, water temperature sensor and temperature sensor for electronics and electrolyzer power. With these sensors, the device will automatically turn off gas generation in case of undesirable operating parameters. The user operates the device with a backlit control keypad, the device has an alphanumeric display, and it also has an acoustic and light indication of operation.
The device has a built-in counter for total operating time. The device is designed so that the generated gas cannot escape inside the device.
